Complaint & Grievance Policy
Two of Cups Therapy is committed to providing professional educational programs in a respectful, accessible, and ethical manner. Participants are encouraged to raise questions or concerns about a training, including concerns related to program content, presentation, administration, accessibility, continuing education credit, or other aspects of the educational experience.
How to Submit a Complaint or Grievance
Participants may submit a complaint or grievance by contacting me here. Please include enough information for the concern to be understood and reviewed. You do not need to include sensitive personal or clinical information.
Review and Response
Complaints and grievances will be reviewed in a timely and fair manner. Two of Cups Therapy will generally acknowledge and respond to a written complaint within 30 days.
Depending on the nature of the concern, resolution may include clarification or additional information, correction of an administrative issue, changes to future programming, a refund when appropriate, or another reasonable response.
If a complaint directly concerns the program provider or presenter, the concern will be documented and, when appropriate, consultation with an uninvolved professional may be sought to support a fair review.
Confidentiality
Information related to a complaint or grievance will be handled with reasonable care for privacy and will be shared only as necessary to review and respond to the concern or to meet applicable professional, legal, or continuing education requirements.
